Ultra Running? Ultra Running is the sport of long distance running or ultra-marathoning. The standard definition is anything past the marathon. The shortest standard distance that’s considered an ultra is the 50 kilometer distance. Some races go wide over 100km or go for several days. No Meat Athlete ? yep, I am doing this on a plant-based diet.

Part time Buddhist? I consider myself a Buddhist without believes, part-time Buddhist or secular Buddhist. Buddhism without Buddhism. An non-religious Buddhism rooted in human meanings rather than in fantasies of the sacred.
Here’s what I’m currently focused on
- working with our development team
- learning to play Blues on my CBG / Resonator – guitar
- practice Mindfulness Meditation
- meditation & study Buddhism
- learn to relax and take more family time off the grid
